Garlic chicken with broccoli and mushrooms

Ingredients

2Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1canLow-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1canLow-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1poundsBroccoli; steamed and drained
½cupWhite cooking wine
1smallCan mushrooms; (drained)
1Entire garlic bulb
1smallOnion; cleaned and sliced
½cupWater
1poundsBag pot pie noodles; cooked and drained

Directions

Notes: By Anita A. Dunn, Tamaqua. The Times News, PA Rinse the chicken breasts and cut into 1" pieces. Clean garlic then cut cloves into slivers. Place 6 qt. pot over medium heat and add margarine.

Add chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Saute over low heat for 10 minutes being careful not to let ingredients burn. Add wine and cook 5 minutes. Add soups and water. Mix and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, adding the broccoli 5 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles. Delicious with Italian bread!
