Garden sandwiches

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1½ tablespoon Mayonnaise
⅔ cup Grated carrots
¼ cup Minced green pepper
¼ cup Minced onion
¼ cup Chopped cucumber
¼ cup Chopped celery
Bread

Combine cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Beat until fluffy.

Fold vegetables into cheese mixture and chill for several hours or overnight. Spread on bread. Yield: 2 cups filling.
