Gado-gado

| 2 | mediums | Cloves crushed garlic |
| 1 | cup | Peanut butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | To 2 ts freshly-grated ginger root |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 1 | Tablespoons cider vinegar | |
| 3 | cups | Water |
| ½ | To 1 tsp salt | |
| 1 | dash | Of dark soy sauce |
Directions
In a saucepan, cook the onions, garlic, bay leaf and ginger in a little butter. When onion becomes translucent add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Simmer on lowest possible heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
