Gado gado sauce

1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

½cupPeanut butter
¾cupWater; hot; to 1 cup
1teaspoonRed chili pepper; crushed
2tablespoonsMolasses, dark
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
2largesGarlic cloves; minced
½teaspoonLemon juice; freshly squeezd

Directions

Combine peanut butter and hot water in small saucepan. Stir in chili pepper, molasses, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice; simmer 10 minutes. This is excellent as a dip or can be served over vegetables.
