Gado gado sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Peanut butter |
| ¾ | cup | Water; hot; to 1 cup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Red chili pepper; crushed |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses, dark |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | larges | Garlic cloves; minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeezd |
Directions
Combine peanut butter and hot water in small saucepan. Stir in chili pepper, molasses, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice; simmer 10 minutes. This is excellent as a dip or can be served over vegetables.
