Directions
From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Place pheasant in foil in a baking pan. Rub inside and out with salt and pepper. Cover with the uncooked rice. Pour juice over all and wrap tightly in the foil. Bake in a preheated 325 oven until pheasant is done and tender.
