Ingredients

4cans(20 oz) chunk pineapple, drained, reserving 1cup juice
2cans(11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
2cupsMaraschino cherries, drained
6largesBananas, cut in bite size pieces
1cupGrape Nuts
1eachPk (6oz) instant regular vanilla pudding
OR
1eachPk (2.1oz) instant sugarfree vanilla pudding

Directions

Combine fruit and Grape Nuts in a large bowll; toss gently. Combine pudding and reserved pineapple juice; beat on high speed one minute.

Pour over fruit to coat welll. Serve in small dessert dishes. Per sugar and regular pudding serving: 234 cal., 0.4g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 23g carb., 116mg sod.
