Fruit nut bran bread

Measure Ingredient

2¼ cup Bread Flour
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
¼ cup Bran flakes (4/5 oz)
3 tablespoons Toasted bran
¼ cup Sliced almonds (4/5 oz)
¼ cup Dried fruit bits (1 2/5 oz)
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Dry yeast

Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.

Select BAKE (LIGHT) mode. Press start.
