Frosted cheese and fruit^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Cream cheese
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Evaporated milk, cold
½ cup Dates, chopped
½ cup Pineapple, crushed

Mash cream cheese, adding mayonnaise a little at a time. Add lemon juice to milk and whip hard till thick. Mix cheese and milk mixtures, fold in dates and drained pineapple. Pour into a mold, pack in ice and salt for 4 hours. Or freeze.
