Frosted cheese and fruit^

Ingredients

| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | cup | Evaporated milk, cold |
| ½ | cup | Dates, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Pineapple, crushed |
Directions
Mash cream cheese, adding mayonnaise a little at a time. Add lemon juice to milk and whip hard till thick. Mix cheese and milk mixtures, fold in dates and drained pineapple. Pour into a mold, pack in ice and salt for 4 hours. Or freeze.
