Fruit cake without nuts

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Sticks butter/margarine
4 cups Flour
8 \N Eggs
1 \N Glass grape jelly
1 cup Grape juice
2 teaspoons Allspice
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Nutmeg
1 pounds Crystallized cherries
1 pounds Crystallized pineapple
1 pounds Mixed fruits

Date: 14 Dec 1994 08:24:13 -0700 Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time. Add spice, add jelly, and add juice. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs.

Will bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 270 degrees F. Can decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.
