Frosted lemon salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Lemon yogurt One 4 oz. package lemon instant pudding mix
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 can (8-oz) crushed pineapple; partially drained

Blend yogurt and pudding mix in a bowl until smooth. Stir in coconut and pineapple. Spoon into 9x12 dish. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
