Frosted lemon salad

Ingredients

2cupsLemon yogurt One 4 oz. package lemon instant pudding mix
1cupFlaked coconut
1can(8-oz) crushed pineapple; partially drained

Directions

Blend yogurt and pudding mix in a bowl until smooth. Stir in coconut and pineapple. Spoon into 9x12 dish. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
