Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (3 oz) lemon instant pudding mix (use dry) |
1 can | (16 oz) fruit cocktail, juice included |
1 can | (14 oz) crushed pineapple, juice included |
1 can | Mandarin oranges, drained well |
1 \N | Container (8 oz) cool whip, thawed |
1 cup | Miniature marshmallows |
Combine everything in a large bowl. Mix well. chill for about 24 hours before serving. If desired, put in a sheet cake pan instead of a bowl. It can then be cut into squares for serving.
If desired nuts, marischino cherries, and coconut may also be added. I don't, because my family doesn't care for it that way.
Great for packed lunches that will stay refrigerated until lunch time.
