Lemony fruit salad

Ingredients

1pack(3 oz) lemon instant pudding mix (use dry)
1can(16 oz) fruit cocktail, juice included
1can(14 oz) crushed pineapple, juice included
1canMandarin oranges, drained well
1Container (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
1cupMiniature marshmallows

Directions

Combine everything in a large bowl. Mix well. chill for about 24 hours before serving. If desired, put in a sheet cake pan instead of a bowl. It can then be cut into squares for serving.

If desired nuts, marischino cherries, and coconut may also be added. I don't, because my family doesn't care for it that way.

Great for packed lunches that will stay refrigerated until lunch time.
