Yield: 1 Servings
|1 pack||(3 oz) lemon instant pudding mix (use dry)|
|1 can||(16 oz) fruit cocktail, juice included|
|1 can||(14 oz) crushed pineapple, juice included|
|1 can||Mandarin oranges, drained well|
|1||Container (8 oz) cool whip, thawed|
|1 cup||Miniature marshmallows|
Combine everything in a large bowl. Mix well. chill for about 24 hours before serving. If desired, put in a sheet cake pan instead of a bowl. It can then be cut into squares for serving.
If desired nuts, marischino cherries, and coconut may also be added. I don't, because my family doesn't care for it that way.
Great for packed lunches that will stay refrigerated until lunch time.
