Lemony fruit salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3 oz) lemon instant pudding mix (use dry)
1 can (16 oz) fruit cocktail, juice included
1 can (14 oz) crushed pineapple, juice included
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained well
1 \N Container (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
1 cup Miniature marshmallows

Combine everything in a large bowl. Mix well. chill for about 24 hours before serving. If desired, put in a sheet cake pan instead of a bowl. It can then be cut into squares for serving.

If desired nuts, marischino cherries, and coconut may also be added. I don't, because my family doesn't care for it that way.

Great for packed lunches that will stay refrigerated until lunch time.
