Lemon frosting

4 teaspoons Butter
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
⅓ cup Non-fat dry milk
\N \N Artificial sweetener to = 1 tbsp. sugar for tart icing, more if desired.

Melt butter. Add juice, dry milk powder and sweetner. Mix thoroughly and spread.
