Friendship bread - sour dough

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup OIL
2 cups FLOUR
1 cup SUGAR
3 eaches EGGS
1 teaspoon BAKING POWDER
⅛ teaspoon BAKING POWDER
2 teaspoons BAKING SODA
½ teaspoon SALT
1 teaspoon CINNAMON
1 teaspoon VANILLA
1 x CHOPPED NUTS OR FRUIT

ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE "FRIENDSHIP MIX". STIR WELL AND POUR INTO 2 WELL GREASED AND FLOURED BREAD PANS. A BUNDT PAN CAN BE USED IF YOU WISH.

BAKE AT 325 DEG F FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. COOL IN PANS FOR TEN MINUTES. REMOVE AND COOL COMPLETELY.
