1 tablespoon | Ginger; minced |
½ pounds | Cooked meat - chicken; beef, pork, shrimp, or combination |
2 cups | Bean sprouts |
¼ cup | Green onions |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | Sesame oil |
1. Precook noodles.
2. Heat wok. Add peanut oil and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute until oil is aromatic.
3. Add meat, bean sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry 2 minutes.
4. Add noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry 3 minutes until heated through.
