Fresh musroom stuffing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Thinly sliced fresh mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
⅓ cup Chopped onion
⅓ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Margarine or butter
2 cups Herb-seasoned stuffing mix (up to)
⅔ cup Chicken broth

From: Regina Baker <natalie@...> Date: Thu, 15 Aug 1996 23:30:59 -0500 Place mushrooms, onion, celery, and margarine in the 3-qt. Casserole. Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in stuffing mix and enough broth to moisten (stuffing should be very moist).

Spread stuffing evenly in the Casserole.

(Tupperwave Stack Cooker) Stack the Casseroles together, covering as directed in above recipe. Set the Stack in the microwave oven. Micro-cook on 100% power (high) for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow about 5 minutes standing time. Using hot pads, carefully unstack Casseroles. Hot steam can build up inside Casseroles.
