Fresh fruit ginger compote

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Orange juice
¼ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Finely chopped candied ginger
2 teaspoons Grated orange zest
6 cups Prepared fresh fruit

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey and candied ginger. Bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest. Let cool to room temperature.
