¼ cup | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Finely chopped candied ginger |
2 teaspoons | Grated orange zest |
6 cups | Prepared fresh fruit |
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey and candied ginger. Bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest. Let cool to room temperature.
