French onion casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Onions
3 tablespoons Margarine
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
1 can Cream or chicken soup
½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Soya sauce

Saute onions and margarine. Spread in 7x11" glass pan. Heat soup, milk and soya sauce. Add grated cheese and melt. Pour over onions. Mix gently with a fork. Place slices of bread on top (buttered side up) and partially overlapped. Bake at 350F uncovered for ½ hour.
