French fried zucchini

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Zucchini
\N \N Flour
\N \N Oil or fat for frying
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper

Wash and slice zucchini. Dip each slice in flour and fry in deep fat or oil till brown and crisp. About 2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper and season with salt and black pepper.
