French fried frog legs

Yield: 16 legs

Measure Ingredient
16 Frog legs
Freshly ground pepper
Fine bread crumbs
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Milk

Season the frog legs with salt and pepper, roll in bread crumbs, then dip into the egg-milk mixture, and roll again in the bread crumbs.

Fry in deep fat at 375'F., allowing about 3 minutes to brown.
