2.  DRAIN WELL IN BASKET OR ON ABSORBENT PAPER. 
NOTE:  1.  IN STEP 1, DO NOT OVERCOOK OR OVERBROWN. PORTIONS WILL RISE TO SURFACE WHEN COOKED.
