Freeze ahead mini meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds Lean ground beef
1 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
¾ cup Undiluted Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk
½ cup Finely chopped onion
2 Beaten eggs
2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Combine meat, bread crumbs, E. Milk, onion, eggs and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 1¼ inch balls. Place in single layer in 10x15x1/4 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in hot oven (500) 12 to 15 minutes.

Drain; cool. divide meatballs in half, wrap well; freeze. Makes about 65 small meatballs.
