|1 pounds||Shelled walnuts|
|1 cup||Brown sugar|
|½ cup||Granulated sugar|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
Bring sugars and sour cream to 238 on a candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Pour over walnuts (use a large bowl and work fast) and stir to coat. Pour out onto wax paper and allow to harden. Break apart and enjoy!!! (AND YOU WILL ENJOY!) You can store in an airtight container if they last long enough.
