Barbecued pot roast

Ingredients

| 2 | Med. onions, sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Rosemary leaves |
| Potatoes (optional) | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Cooking oil |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Brown roast on all sides in hot oil in large roaster, add onions and garlic. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 350 F. for abt. 2 hrs.
