Measure | Ingredient |

3½ cup | Milk |
½ cup | Heavy Cream |
4 ounces | German's Sweet Chocolate |
8 eaches | Eggs, at room temperature |
½ cup | Sugar (Add 2 more Tablespoons Sugar) |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
\N \N | Kahlua Sauce (See Recipe) |
\N \N | Shaven Chocolate, (Optional) |
Scald milk; set aside. Heat heavy cream separately; stir in chocolate to melt. Set aside to cool to lukewarm. Beat eggs with sugar and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together. Strain into remakins, souffle dish or casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven in a water bath for 1¼ to 1 ½ hours. Time will vary depending upon type of mold used, with individual molds taking less time. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate. Unmold before serving.
Top with Kahlua Sauce. Sprinkle with shaven chocolate if desired.
