Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Water
4 Eggs
1 can Condensed milk
1 can Reglar milk (same size)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Date: Thu, 5 Aug 1993 17:25:24 GMT I replied directly to this request, but figured other people might want it, so here it goes. This is a recipe my mom makes back in Puerto Rico.

Mix sugar and water in pan to be used for flan (8 or 9 inch cake pan) and heat over over high heat, swirling bowl so that caramel sticks to sides of pan. Mix flan ingredients in blender (or by hand) and pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife plunged in comes out clean.
