Flake temptations

175 grams Cream cheese; (6 oz )
150 grams Natural yogurt; (5 oz )
20 millilitres Caster sugar; (1 tablespoon)
10 millilitres Gelatine; (2 teaspoons)
142 millilitres Whipping cream; (1/4 pint)
225 grams Raspberries; fresh or frozen (8

6 \N Cadbury's 99 Flake from a family box
\N \N Cream the cheese; yogurt and sugar
\N \N ; until smooth.
\N \N ; Dissolve the
\N \N Gelatine in 40 ml; (2 tablespoons) of
\N \N ; warm water. Lightly
\N \N ; whip the
\N \N Cream and fold half into the yogurt
\N \N ; mixture.

Carefully fold in the clear gelatine with most of the raspberries, reserving four. Add four roughly chopped Flake to the mixture. Divide between 4 glasses and leave to set. Decorate with remaining cream, half a Flake on each and a raspberry.
