Tempt-me truffles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Powdered sugar
1 pack Philadelphia Brand cream cheese; softened (8 oz)
5 \N Squares unsweetened; chocolate; melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Toasted almonds; chopped
\N \N Cocoa

Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or additional powdered sugar.

Chill. Makes 4 dozen.
