12 ounces | Fresh or frozen cod of flounder fillets, flaked |
6 ounces | Imitation crab meat (or real if you wish), drain well if using canned crab |

1 \N | Green onion; finely chopped |
½ teaspoon | Finely shredded lemon peel |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 \N | Cloves garlic; crushed (up to 2) |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
\N \N | Cooking oil |
In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine fish crab, eggs, flour, onion, lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth. Lightly oil skillet and heat. Spoon about ¼ cup batter onto skillet and spread to a patty 3 inches in diameter. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
