| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat dry milk powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon peel |
| 1 | tablespoon | Orange peel |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cardamom |
| 1 | teaspoon | Yeast |
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread machine in proper order for your machine.
Bake on rapid cycle with light crust.
Serving Ideas : Serve with cream cheese or yogurt sweetened with honey.
