|2.00 tablespoon||olive oil|
|2.00 tablespoon||mixed chopped herbs|
|¼ cup||grated parmesan cheese|
|1 \N||salt; to taste|
|1 \N||freshly-ground black pepper; to taste|

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the dough out on a oiled sheet tray and press "dimples" into it with your fingertips. Drizzle with the oil, herbs and cheese and season. Bake until browned and cooked through and let cool. This recipe yields 6 appetizers.
