Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground chuck
1 \N Onion; chopped
10 ounces Mushrooms; drained
2 \N Garlic cloves; crushed
1 teaspoon Oregano
20 ounces Spinach;chopped;thawed and d
10 ounces Cream of celery soup
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Minute Rice
\N \N Salt/pepper
6 ounces Mozzarella cheese

Brown the meat, onions, mushrooms, garlic and oregano in a frying pan. Stir in the spinach, soup, sour cream, rice, salt and pepper to taste. Place the cheese (grated or cut in strips) on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Serves 6.
