Fancy tomato sauce

Ingredients

2tablespoonsOlive oil
1Clove garlic, finely chopped
1Bay leaf
teaspoonCelery salt
teaspoonThyme, ground
¼teaspoonBasil, ground
½cupChopped onion
½cupGreen bell pepper, diced
¼cupTomato juice
teaspoonRosemary, ground
¼teaspoonOregano, ground
¼cupTomato paste

Directions

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until tender. Add pepper, bay leaf, and tomato juice. Simmer 15 minutes. Mix together celery salt, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and basil.
