Fake baileys irish cream

Yield: 18 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Heavy cream
1¾ cup Brandy
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
3 \N Eggs
2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
1½ teaspoon Vanilla

Due to samonella contamination of eggs, use this recipe with caution. I'm allergic to whiskey and rye so the real Baileys is out. Instead I live dangerously by making this recipe for the holidays.

In 6-cup blender, blend all ingredients until frothy. Use low speed or you'll have Baileys every where! :) Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 weeks. Makes 18 servings at 230 calories per ⅓ cup.
