Measure Ingredient
4 cups Flour
10 eaches Egg yolks
1 pounds Butter
½ cup Warm water
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Yeast

Mix all ingredients and let rise.. When mixture rises, punch down the dough and let rise again. Cut the dough into small portions. Roll each portion, spreading some more butter. Coil the dough and place in greased pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for around 4 minutes.

While warm, brush with butter and sprinkle sugar and parmesan cheese.
