Yield: 25 Servings
|3 \N||Pie crust sticks (comes 2 to a box) or favorite pie crust recipe|
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 medium||Onion; finely chopped|
|1 \N||Green pepper; finely chopped|
|10 \N||Stuffed green olives; chopped|
|1 large||Ripe tomato; finely chopped|
|\N \N||Salt to taste|
|\N \N||Pepper to taste|
|\N \N||Hot sauce #3 (see recipe)|
Make pie crust dough according to directions on package and chill while preparing meat mixture. Brown meat in oil. Add the other ingredients (except hot sauce) and simmer for ½ hour. Roll out dough ⅛ inch thick on a slightly floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. On each round of dough, put ½ teaspoon of filling. Fold over and flute edges with a damp fork. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with Hot Sauce.
Well worth the effort! May be made and then frozen.
