Ingredients

| 3 | Pie crust sticks (comes 2 to a box) or favorite pie crust recipe | |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| 1 | medium | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 | Green pepper; finely chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Capers |
| 10 | Stuffed green olives; chopped | |
| 1 | large | Ripe tomato; finely chopped |
| 1 | pinch | Oregano |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to taste | ||
| Hot sauce #3 (see recipe) | ||
Directions
Make pie crust dough according to directions on package and chill while preparing meat mixture. Brown meat in oil. Add the other ingredients (except hot sauce) and simmer for ½ hour. Roll out dough ⅛ inch thick on a slightly floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. On each round of dough, put ½ teaspoon of filling. Fold over and flute edges with a damp fork. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with Hot Sauce.
Well worth the effort! May be made and then frozen.
