Roll out dough ⅛ inch thick on a slightly floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. On each round of dough, put ½ teaspoon of filling. Fold over and flute edges with a damp fork. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with Hot Sauce.
