Ingredients

3Pie crust sticks (comes 2 to a box) or favorite pie crust recipe
1poundsGround beef
1tablespoonOil
1mediumOnion; finely chopped
1Green pepper; finely chopped
1teaspoonCapers
10Stuffed green olives; chopped
1largeRipe tomato; finely chopped
1pinchOregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hot sauce #3 (see recipe)

Directions

Make pie crust dough according to directions on package and chill while preparing meat mixture. Brown meat in oil. Add the other ingredients (except hot sauce) and simmer for ½ hour. Roll out dough ⅛ inch thick on a slightly floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. On each round of dough, put ½ teaspoon of filling. Fold over and flute edges with a damp fork. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with Hot Sauce.

Well worth the effort! May be made and then frozen.
