Ingredients

½cupYogurt; or soy yogurt
1Ripe banana
1teaspoonLime juice
¼teaspoonGround cumin
½teaspoonChili powder
1smallJicama; peeled & sliced
1Mango; peeled & sliced
2Apples; peeled, cored and sliced
2Pears; peeled, cored and sliced
cupRed and green grapes
½cupMandarin oranges; sliced

Directions

In food processor or blender, process yogurt, banana, lime juice and dry spices until smooth. Set aside. In salad bowl, combine jicama, mango, apples, pears and grapes. Add dressing; toss until jicama and fruits are thoroughly coated. Top salad with orange slices.
