| 3 | Ripe avocados | |
| 1 | cup | Casera sauce |
| 4 | larges | Lettuce leaves |
| Fried tortilla chips | ||
Directions
1. Peel the avocados & remove the seeds. Mash the flesh in a non-metallic bowl & gradually work in the Casera Sauce.
2. Mound the guacamole on lettuce leaves on four serving plates & serve w/ tortilla chips. Make this w/ spicy Casera Sauce. Be sure to use very ripe California avocados.
