Ensalada de guacamole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Ripe avocados
1 cup Casera sauce
4 larges Lettuce leaves
\N \N Fried tortilla chips

1. Peel the avocados & remove the seeds. Mash the flesh in a non-metallic bowl & gradually work in the Casera Sauce.

2. Mound the guacamole on lettuce leaves on four serving plates & serve w/ tortilla chips. Make this w/ spicy Casera Sauce. Be sure to use very ripe California avocados.
