English lemon tea cakes

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1¼ teaspoon Lemon extract

Cream ingredients together. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake in cupcake pan for 20 minutes. This recipe came from England over 100 years ago.
