End-of-garden relish

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped cucumbers
1 cup Chopped green peppers
1 cup Chopped cabbage
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Green tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Chopped carrots
1 cup Chopped celery
2 cups Vinegar
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Turmeric
2 teaspoons Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Celery seed

Soak cucumbers and tomatoes in salt water while grinding the rest.

Drain. Mix everything and boil for 20 minutes. Fill clean, sterile bottles and seal.
