Measure Ingredient
2 larges Onions
½ cup Butter
1 large Loaf stale white bread
½ cup Water
1 cup Sliced celery
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Bell's Seasoning (up to 1/2)
1 \N Egg, well-beaten

Chop onion fine. Cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs, water, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten egg. if not moist enough, add more water or melted butter. Enough for 12-15 lb. turkey.
