1largeLoaf stale white bread
½cupWater
1cupSliced celery
2teaspoonsSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1tablespoonBell's Seasoning (up to 1/2)
1Egg, well-beaten

Directions

Chop onion fine. Cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs, water, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten egg. if not moist enough, add more water or melted butter. Enough for 12-15 lb. turkey.
