1Loaf bread sourdough/multigrain
1cupWild/Brown rice mixture
2cupsWater
1poundsSausage, brown & drain
2Apples, chopped
1bunchParsely, chopped
4Celery stalks, diced
¼cupOnion, dehydrated to 1/2 cup
2tablespoonsBasil
½teaspoonGranulated garlic
1tablespoonPoultry seasoning
4Eggs
2cansChicken broth

Directions

Cut bread into cubes, several days early. Allow to dry hard. Put dry seasonings (and parsely) in and mix well. Cook rice with water.

While rice is cooking, cook sausage, drain well and crumble into bread cubes. Dice apples and celery and add to mixture. Add rice when done. Stir in 1 can broth. Add eggs and mix well. Add second can broth until texture you like.
