1994 stuffing

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf bread sourdough/multigrain
1 cup Wild/Brown rice mixture
2 cups Water
1 pounds Sausage, brown & drain
2 \N Apples, chopped
1 bunch Parsely, chopped
4 \N Celery stalks, diced
¼ cup Onion, dehydrated to 1/2 cup
2 tablespoons Basil
½ teaspoon Granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning
4 \N Eggs
2 cans Chicken broth

Cut bread into cubes, several days early. Allow to dry hard. Put dry seasonings (and parsely) in and mix well. Cook rice with water.

While rice is cooking, cook sausage, drain well and crumble into bread cubes. Dice apples and celery and add to mixture. Add rice when done. Stir in 1 can broth. Add eggs and mix well. Add second can broth until texture you like.
