Elderberry pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Elderberries
1 cup Sugar
3 teaspoons Lemon juice or vinegar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Flour

Pour the washed elderberries into an unbaked pie crust. Mix together the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the berries. Cover it with a top crust. Bake the pie at 424 oF for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 oF and bake it 30 minutes longer.
