| 2 | cups | Shortening |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 6 | cups | Flour (up to 7) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | teaspoon | Almond extract |
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar, beat in eggs, spices, and extracts. Work in flour until dough is stiff. Chill 1 hour. Roll, cut, and bake.
