Elaine's santa cookie icing

| 2 | Egg whites | |
| 4 | cups | Sifted powdered sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Almond extract |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | pinch | Nutmeg |
Directions
Beat egg whites with fork until frothy. Then beat in remaining ingredients. Spread over cookies.
