2 cans | Tomatoes |
\N small | Amount of oil |
18 \N | Hard boiled eggs |
1 can | Green chile peppers |
\N \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
\N \N | Grated cheese |
\N small | Amount of bell pepper; chopped |
Brown onions in oil; add bell pepper and then tomatoes. Cook until soft.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice eggs. In a baking dish, put a layer of sauce; a layer of eggs. Altemate until dish is full. Cover with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven. Serves 6.
