¼ | cup | Chopped Onion |
¼ | cup | Grated Carrot Salt;or less Pepper |
½ | cup | Broth; up to 1 cup gravy, tomato juice,etc |
1 | cup | Chopped Vegetables optional peas, carrots, green beans, celery |
Green peppers etc |
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
