Egg bread (machine)

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅝ cup Tap water
2 larges Eggs
3 cups All purpose flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ tablespoon Butter
1½ teaspoon Dry yeast

This menu can not be used on delay timer, or BREAD RAPID cycle. Place ingredients in pan according to manufacturers directions. Press start. **MY NOTE** The original recipe called for 4-½ tbsp of sugar. I tried it that way and the bread came out yeasty smelling, short, crust was burnt, and the top had a blowout. I tried it again but cut the sugar down to what is listed, and it came out perfect.
