Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Minced onion |
½ cup | Minced green pepper |
3 tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1 tablespoon | Curry powder |
3 \N | Eggs, lightly beaten |
2 cups | Cooked corn |
2 cups | Light cream |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
In a skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in curry powder and transfer to a bowl. Add egss, corn, cream, salt and sugar.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered 1-¼ quart souffle dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Serves 8.
