Curried corn pudding

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Minced onion |
| ½ | cup | Minced green pepper |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| 3 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| 2 | cups | Cooked corn |
| 2 | cups | Light cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
In a skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in curry powder and transfer to a bowl. Add egss, corn, cream, salt and sugar.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered 1-¼ quart souffle dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Serves 8.
