4 \N | Chicken breasts; boiled |
1 tablespoon | Chopped onion |
1½ cup | Salsa |
1 cup | Sour cream |
1 cup | Grated cheese |
1 can | Cream of chicken soup |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
\N \N | Burrito shells (8-12) |
Shred chicken breasts with forks. Mix chicken, onion, sour cream, ½ cup salsa, salt and pepper. Wrap in shells and lay in greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix remaining 1 cup salsa and soup together, pour over shells. Top with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
