Easy argo gravy

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Fat drippings
1¾ cup Broth or Water
2 tablespoons Argo Corn Starch
¼ cup Cold Water

1. Pour off all but 2 Tablespoons fat dripping from roasting pan. 2.

Add broth or water. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. Remove from heat. 4. Mix corn starch and water until smooth. stir into pan. Season to taste. 5. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute.

MICROWAVE GRAVY: In 1½ qt. microwavable bowl stir cornstarch and 2 cups cold broth or water until smooth. Season to taste. Microwave on High (100%), stirring twice, 7-9 minutes or until mixture boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from microwave. Stir in fat drippings.
